Chocolate muffin

Semalam lepas siap vanilla muffins sambung adun chocolate muffin guna resepi sama daripada nestle cuma saya olah sedikit dengan menambah serbuk koko dan garam. Saya juga kurangkan sedikit penggunaan susu pekat sebab nak kurangkan manisnya.

Chocolate muffins @ ZLC

1½ cups plain flour or 210 g (  1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum )
1/4  cup cocoa powder (1/4 cawan serbuk koko)
1 tablespoon baking powder ( 1 sb serbuk penaik )
1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk or 350 g (  350 gm susu pekat manis )
½ cup water or 125 ml ( 1/2 cawan air )
1/4 sk garam

½ cup vegetable oil or 100 g (1/2 cawan minyak sayuran)
2 eggs (2 biji telur)
2 teaspoons vanilla essence (2 sk esen vanila)

HOW TO PREPARE

Preheat oven on 190˚C. Line a 16 holes bun-tin with paper cases.

Panaskan oven pada suhu 190 celcius.

Mix all ingredients except oil, eggs and vanilla in a mixing bowl with electric hand mixer for 3 minutes or until well combine.
Satukan tepung, serbuk penaik, air dan susu di dlm mangkuk pengadun. Pukul hingga sebati selama 3 minit.

Mix oil, egg and vanilla in another mixing bowl for 6-7 minutes or until the mixture becomes foamy.
Satukan minyak, telur dan esen di dlm mangkuk lain atau bloeh guna pengisar. Pukul atau kisar hingga berbuih selama 6 - 7 minit.

Then gradually add them into dough mixture and mix (do not over mix).
Kemudian tuangkan ke dlm adunan tepung sedikit2 dan adun sebati. Jgn terlebih pukul.

Spoon the mixture into the paper cases until each becomes 3 quarters full.
Sudukan kedalam cawan kertas hingga 3/4 penuh.

Bake for 20 minutes or until baked. Take out to cool for 3 minutes.
Bakar selama 20 minit atau hingga masak. Sejukkan dan sedia dinikmati.
